Took a lot of tries to figure out that good Idi Chains were required for this. Take note that Macho Legs + Manic Macho Legs gives a Knockback Combo.

Macho Legs and Manic Macho Legs are your main attackers to slowly chip Uril down, and I highly recommend them due to their low cost and disposability. Li'l King Dragon can also be used for some additional damage later in the battle when you have a bit more money.

Superfeline is extremely good here when used sparingly, he is able to get rid of both Relic Doge and Sir Rel in 2 hits and does so with relative ease without juggling them, as it is essential to quickly clear the path towards Uril to status him down. His high speed contributes to his efficiency and swift capabilities, which is why I did not use Slapsticks Cat.

Bullet Train Cat is great for emergency chip damage and striking out peons, being able to kill Sir Rel in 1 hit with an Attack Combo. However, he alone is not able to get rid of all the peons later in the battle, which is why I brought Superfeline.

Crystal Cat and Tourist Cat are essential for this battle and are to be used flexibly. Crystal Cat is good for stalling in general, and Tourist Cat works well when Uril is slowed at the moment. They are most important for chaining with Idi + Jagando, which are to be sent out together for a successful Idi Chain. Do not be afraid to time Crystal, Tourist, and the Breakerblast Cannon to protect Idi, you need to be somewhat aggressive in your approach to deal enough damage.

Ideally, you will want to start your first Idi Chain right after the first Sir Rel before the first Relic Doge appears. You will be able to generally knock back Uril with 2 Idi hits if you've been dealing enough chip damage (don't forget about Li'l King Dragon), and you must alternate Crystal/Tourist/Breakerblast correctly for Idi to survive. Idi is used over Awakened Bahamut here due to Surge-Immunity and its slower attack frequency that allows for a bit more leniency in terms of survival.
