This skin uses a mesh code. You'll need to have the console.txt to use this, and you can find a tutorial on how to do that here: youtu.be/fbVbkLzM8rY?t=7m47s
How to use the mesh code: Go to the character showcase, and go to Iconic Grey and Black Batman so his model renders. Once you can see him, push your console key, then back out and equip the Dark Knight Returns suit. Next, go into your Story Mode or select a challenge map. Repeatedly put in the code during the loading screen by pressing your console key over and over. When the game loads, the skin should be working. If it hasn't worked, try hitting restart from checkpoint on the pause menu and repeatedly press your console key on the loading screen again. If it still doesn't work, then something's gone wrong, so leave a comment and I'll help you troubleshoot it.
