HOW TO UNLOCK THE 30 FPS CAP:

-----Go to:

STEAM_INSTALL_FOLDER\ Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\ Config\BmSystemSettings.ini

FIND "Max_FPS=30.000000" and change the "30.000000" to "120.000000""

DONE.

----- I've found a new way to improve the performance. Go to: STEAM_INSTALL_FOLDER\ Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\ Config\BmSystemSettings.ini

And add: "Allowd310=True" unquoted. Just below "[SystemSettings]"

----If you are using a SLI configuration and you are getting a bad performance, try disabling it and setting the second graphics card as Phsyx. This helps a lot. proof: youtu.be/A5FfIbNnlxM
