In order to get 20 rival points you need to play on Knightmare difficulty as well as perform 7 critical shots on tanks with the vulcan gun. All 7 critical shots must be performed within the critical run period of time. Too few and you wont get enough points , too many and you can't perform a level 4 missile attack on the last drone. You also have to use all secondary gadgets. That includes EMP and steal a drone.
