Unfortunately, the Joker is unable to properly use the bat. He also makes a weird face during Harley's idle animation.
Also, it's possible to create 60fps videos with MSI Afterburner. You just need to convert the MKV file to MP4 via Handbrake to make the video less choppy.

Another attempt at creating a cel-shaded Meet the Heavy video. Unlike my first attempt, no lighting or lightwarps were used on the Heavy Weapons Guy. The background, though, is lighted and I used layer masks to place the non-lightwarped Heavy on top the background. This video also compares the lightwarped and non-lightwarped cel-shading techniques.
Given the lack of prominent shadows, Meet the Heavy was probably not the best video to showcase non-lightwarped cel-shading. Nevertheless, compared to the lightwarp version, the non-lightwarped version in my opinion is much more cartoonish looking. I think this effect looks best on the Heavys arms.
