A demo showing how Batman Arkham Knight runs on PC using the latest patch which was released January 19th 2016

FPS values are displayed in the top left hand corner, the PS4 and Xbox One versions run at a locked 30fps.

System Specifications are
Geforce GTX 970
Intel Xeon E3-1225v3
16GB RAM

Note:
No INI changes / 3rd party tools are being used.
The game has a 90fps cap.
Game was played using a Xbox One Controller.
This PC is running the latest NVIDIA drivers and no other programs were running - No Pagefile is being used.
