HUGE news, all but one of my demonetised videos have been remonetised. Apparently 30% of demonetised content site-wide has been remonetised, so huge round of applause to Youtube for sorting out their algorithm and helping out smaller creators. It took them a while, but I'm glad it's starting to get better again, hopefully they keep this up.
Thanks to Heitor Fraga for helping me out with this one, from the superspeed codes, to the cowl from his Flash skin. Check him out, tell him I sent you, and get him to release that damn Reverse Flash skin he teased months ago...

I used a custom .ini file for superspeed, slowmo, camera presets, and first person codes. The controls are Numpad 0 to reset running speed, Numpad 1 to go slowmo, Numpad 2 to go normal speed again, Numpad 3 to run at superspeed, Numpad 4, 5, and 6 toggle different camera presets for zooming in when running, Numpad 7 is the superspeed combat codes, Numpad 8 is the aggressive thug codes, and Numpad 9 to toggle the hud. F3 and F4 activate and deactivate first person mode respectively.

Also, this skin uses a mesh code. You'll need to have the console.txt to use this, and you can find a tutorial on how to do that here: youtu.be/fbVbkLzM8rY?t=7m47s
How to use the mesh code: Go to the character showcase, and go to New 52 Nightwing so his model renders. Once you can see him, push your console key, then back out. Next, go into your Story Mode or select a challenge map. Repeatedly put in the code during the loading screen by pressing your console key over and over. When the game loads, the skin should be working. If it hasn't worked, try hitting restart from checkpoint on the pause menu and repeatedly press your console key on the loading screen again. If it still doesn't work, then something's gone wrong, so leave a comment and I'll help you troubleshoot it.
