This is NOT a normal mod, it's a mesh code.
Go to the Riddler's Revenge character select, and roll over Year One Batman so his model renders. Paste the code into your console, then select the default Arkham City Batman. Repeatedly put in the code during the loading screen by pressing F10, Up, Enter. When the challenge loads, you should be playing as Year 100 Batman. To use in Story mode, you'll need to do the same steps, except select Pristine Batman on the Story mode skin select screen. This is only available as part of Wastelander121's Free Roam Menu.
