Resident Evil Village[a] is a first-person survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. The sequel to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (2017), players control Ethan Winters, who is searching for his kidnapped daughter; after a fateful encounter with Chris Redfield, he finds himself in a village filled with mutant creatures. While Village maintains the Resident Evil series survival horror elements, the game adopts a more action-oriented gameplay style compared to its predecessor.Like its predecessor, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Resident Evil Village uses a first-person perspective. It is set in a snowy explorable Eastern European village, described as pulled straight from the Victorian era and much larger and immersive than its predecessor.[1] Structures and buildings in the central village can be climbed and used to fight enemies.[1] Compared to Biohazard, the game is more action-focused, with protagonist Ethan Winters now equipped with more combat skills due to military training.[2] The games primary enemies, the werewolf-like Lycans, are not only agile and intelligent, but can wield weapons and attack in packs, forcing the player to rethink their strategy on whether to utilize sparse ammunition, use melee combat, or simply run away.[3][4][5] Similar to Resident Evil 4, makeshift barricades can be used to fend off against enemies.[4]
The inventory management mechanic is similar to that of Resident Evil 4, featuring a briefcase and the ability to move and rotate items for better storage space. Players can buy supplies, weapons, upgrades, and items from a merchant, called the Duke.[6] The players can also hunt animals in the village and have them cooked into dishes by the Duke. Eating side dishes allows the player to gain certain advantages such as decreasing the damage taken while blocking.[7] Treasures and collectibles can be found around the village, and sold to the Duke for currency.[1]
Players can manually save the game progress by locating and using typewriters, which replaces the tape recorders seen in Resident Evil 7 and marks their first appearance in a mainline game since Resident Evil 4.[8] A map of the village can be accessed from the pause menu, as well as a diary with sketches recapping the players progress in the story so far.[4] Two new features added to the game were photo mode, which gave players the opportunity to screenshot in-game moments, and a button to skip cutscenes.[9]
Similar to Resident Evil 3 (2020), Resident Evil Village will include a six-player online multiplayer game, Resident Evil RE:Verse,[10] which was delayed until summer 2021,[11] and was later further delayed until 2022.[12] The Mercenaries Mode also makes a returning appearance in Village. Like its previous Resident Evil entries, it is an arcade-style game mode.[13] Resident Evil Village (Pc) Walkthrough No Commentary](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/B2E5O3sjffw/mqdefault.jpg)

![Far Cry New Dawn (Pc) Walkthrough No Commentary Part (1 of 2)
Far Cry New Dawn is a 2019 post-apocalyptic first-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game is a spin-off of the Far Cry series and a narrative sequel to Far Cry 5. As a result, it features many pre-existing gameplay elements from the series, including a large open world, capturing of outposts, and AI or co-op companions; it also introduces several elements from RPG gameplay, including an upgradeable home base and increased reliance on crafting from limited supplies.[2] The story is set seventeen years after the events of Far Cry 5. After the nuclear exchange known as the Collapse devastated the world, survivors attempt to rebuild the community in Hope County.Similar to its predecessors, Far Cry New Dawn is an action-adventure first-person shooter set in an open world environment which the player can explore freely on foot or via various vehicles. The game is set in the fictional Hope County, Montana and uses a reimagined version of Far Cry 5s map. The nuclear war portrayed in Far Cry 5 has reshaped the landscape so that new areas have become available for the player to explore while others are inaccessible.
The player assumes the role of a new character, whose gender and ethnicity can be customized.[3] The Guns for Hire and the Fangs for Hire systems from Far Cry 5 return, with the character being able to recruit human survivors and animals for combat assistance.[4] In addition to new characters, the games cast includes an array of returning characters from Far Cry 5. The player character can also encounter several specialists who have their own personal missions, special abilities and story and help players to repair their weapons. New weapons are introduced in the game, including a Saw Launcher that fires the blades of circular saws. Players acquire new weapons and attachments, which can be upgraded to three different levels through crafting and finishing missions. Vehicles can also be crafted.[5]
Players can embark on treasure hunts and liberate different enemy encampments and outposts. Once liberated, they become fast travel points that enable players to quickly navigate the world. These outposts can be occupied and used to manufacture ethanol fuel or raided for resources which leaves the outpost open to escalation, in which the Highwaymen may reclaim these camps.[4] This allows the player to replay the outposts on higher difficulty settings. The game also features an upgradable home base named Prosperity, which would slowly expand and grow in size as players progress. The game also features a mode called Expeditions, which allows the player to travel to other locations in the United States such as Louisiana to look for more resources and packages.[3] As these regions are outside the main map and smaller in size, the development team was able to create more complex environments for Expeditions. Expedition missions can be completed with other players.[6]The story is set seventeen years after the events of Far Cry 5. After the nuclear exchange known as the Collapse devastated the world, survivors attempt to rebuild the community in Hope County. Their efforts focus on Prosperity, a township built on the remains of John Seeds ranch. The survivors are threatened by the Highwaymen, a roving band of organized bandits. The Highwaymen are organised into chapters, with the local chapter led by twin sisters Mickey and Lou (voiced by Cara Ricketts and Leslie Miller).[6] The Highwaymen terrorize the landscape, forcing survivors into submission and stripping communities of resources before moving on. The remnants of the Project at Edens Gate—the antagonists of Far Cry 5—have established their own community called New Eden. They have given up most forms of modern technology and isolated themselves in the north of Hope County. Despite embracing Joseph Seeds teachings, New Eden is wracked by internal division that arose after Josephs disappearance. The game also features the return of the Deputy, now one of Josephs acolytes known as the Judge; and Joseph Seed (Greg Bryk); the protagonist and main antagonist of Far Cry 5 respectively.[7] The player takes on the role of a new character dubbed the Security Captain, who is part of a group that travels the country assisting other survivor groups in need.
Far Cry New Dawn uses a smaller version of the Hope County map featured in Far Cry 5. Large sections of northern and eastern Hope County are inaccessible after being irradiated. Some parts of the north can be accessed over the course of the story campaign. Many of the individual locations from Far Cry 5 have been redesigned, either having been reclaimed by nature or repurposed by the Highwaymen. Some of these locations have new areas for the player to explore, such as cave systems, bunkers or buildings. ![Mafia: Definitive Edition (Pc) Walkthrough No Commentary
Mafia: Definitive Edition is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K Games. It is a remake of the 2002 video game Mafia, and the fourth main installment in the Mafia series. The remake reimagines the original games setting of Lost Heaven, Illinois (a fictional midwestern city based on many American cities in the 1930s, i.e. Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco) and its story, which follows the rise and fall of Tommy Angelo, a Sicilian-American cab driver-turned-gangster, within the Salieri crime family.Conceived as a full remake of the original, Mafia: Definitive Edition was built from the ground up with new assets and an expanded story, although missions and arcs from the original game are carried over. As with the 2002 game, players control Tommy Angelo throughout the games single-player campaign, and its world is navigated on foot or by vehicle. New to the remake is the introduction of motorcycles, a first in the series.[1] Mafia: Definitive Editions gameplay mechanics are based on those of Mafia III. A Classic Difficulty setting is also included, serving as the games hardest difficulty setting that changes some gameplay mechanics such as ammunition management and police response to crimes, bringing the game closer to the original 2002 game.[2]
Outside the main story mode, a separate Free Ride mode is included as a nod to the original game, allowing the player to explore the city at their own leisure without any mandatory mission objectives. Unlike the original game, however, Free Ride and Free Ride Extreme are merged into one game mode, with the latters outlandish and over-the-top side missions incorporated into the main Free Ride segment as hidden secrets to be uncovered by the player.[3]
A post-release update released in October 2020 added new activities in the games Free Ride mode, including taxi missions and a racing mode which takes place in the autodrome featured in the mission Fair Play. Also included in the update is the ability to play the game in black and white, labeled in the games settings menu as Noir Mode as a homage to film noir movies of the era, as well as various options allowing the player to show or hide parts of the games HUD.[4][5] Mafia: Definitive Edition (Pc) Walkthrough No Commentary](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/RD7IvDMaFMs/mqdefault.jpg)
