HOT PROCESS SOAP:
avocado oil 10 oz.
castor oil 2 oz.
coconut oil 10 oz.
shea butter 10 oz.
palm oil 2 oz.
water 12.9 oz.
lye 4.7 oz.
essential oil 1.5 oz.

BODY BUTTER:
shea butter 34 oz.
mango butter 1 cup
coconut oil 1/2 cup
Melt the above ingredients.
Mix 1/2 cup jojoba oil with 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder. Add to the melted mixture and place in the freezer.
After the mixture has set (approximately 30 to 60 minutes)
place in stand mixture and whip for approximately 10 min. Start on low, scraping the bowl every few minutes. End on high and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of essential or fragrance oil.
Transfer into jars. (I use a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off) You want to get the mixture into jars before it starts to harden.
HEALING SALVE (or HOMEMADE VASELINE):
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons beeswax
Melt slowly in the microwave. Pour into jars.
Optional: you can add a few drops of essential oil for scent.
HOMEMADE LIP BALM:
2 tablespoons beeswax
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons shea butter
5 to 10 drops of essential oil
Melt the first three ingredients together. Add the essential oil once the mixture has cooled slightly. Pour into containers. If the mixture starts to turn solid before you are finished pouring it, reheat.
