Basildon Police Station Audit - Crime Reporting is a NO NO - TYRANTS

Today, i visited Basildon Police Station, located deep in to Essex, where I tried to report illegal number plates, interestingly they were not interested and could not fathom it is a crime to have an illegal number plate - a big No No and a thumbs down to Basildon Police Station when i carried out an Audit.
