In this video you learn how to press three important acupressure points. Press (and release) each point for 60 seconds to help maintain your healthy and overall well-being.
You can apply this qigong routine after your daily qigong routine, before going to bed or anytime you need to rest and relax your body and mind.
The three acupressure Points:
1. Press at center of palm | Pericardium 8 (PC-8) 0:39: Strengthens internal organs.
2. Press at connection between thumb and index finger (joining valley): Helps large Intestine 4 (LI-4) 3:47, reduces headaches and toothaches.
3. Press at point -- 3 fingers from inner wrist | Pericardium 6 (PC-6) 6:42: Releases gas trapped in the body, supports digestive system.
