I found this interview, done by Sean Fisher at iasos.com/articles/iasos-metaphysics when a commenter shared the link to his "Bashar's Basic Concepts" page. Much appreciation to all involved!
He encapsulated these concepts very well. I particularly liked his more fine tuned phrase "receiving our own reality" rather than "creating" since everything has already been created - we're just lining up with and receiving the reality that corresponds to our frequency/state of being.
