My Basement Shop renovation showing wall framing is in full swing. This video shows my experience and how I framed the walls and dropped the ceiling joists to accommodate the electrical. The shop is located down in the basement and it is split into two sections, my work shop where I do everything from woodworking to steel fabrication, and our family gym. This is the first video of a series on the entire build. I will take you through the framing, electrical, insulation and drywall, flooring, trim and painting, and finally the move and organization.
Also, I’m super excited to do a graffiti mural on some old corrugated tin roofing that will the focal point of the shop and where my camera will point to most of the time. Not to mention all the new shop build projects coming up.
