This customer needed to install a safety gate but the baseboards that run along to bottom of her wall was interfering with her ability to operate the Retract-A-Gate properly. All she needed to do is place some wall spacers which can be found at retractagate.com behind the mounting brackets when she attached them to her wall and they immediately fixed her problem. Once installed she is able to enjoy a baby gate that keeps your little ones safe or out of the way and can be retracted out of her way when she needs to get through.
