Another swordsman with a meter.....but with a twist!

Barr is a stickman that uses his own meter as a weapon. The more meter Barr gains, the more range his sweetspots will have!
He also has a bunch of other tricks up his sleeve, like using up meter to create floating hittable orbs, and flipping his meter around so sweetspots become tippers instead!
