On 9th September 2020, CEO of the Legatum Institute, Baroness Philippa Stroud, spoke to Amendment 31 of the Immigration and Social security Co-ordination Bill (EU Withdrawal).

Baroness Stroud called for the government to consider a Displaced Talent stream as a dedicated pathway for skilled vulnerable people to be a part of our commitment to a level playing field, and levelling up Britain.
