For the first time in the whole barney error series!
Barney Error Plus: Retro Edition is designed to be playable on Legacy PC (Windows 9x and XP)
This game is where you have to refrain from doing anything bad, or else something worse is going to happen.
Don't worry, it won't damage your computer, because its not real malware or virus threat.

For Windows 9x:
Make sure you have installed PowerPoint 97/2000, otherwise it won't launch properly (EARLIER POWERPOINT VERSION DOES NOT SUPPORT, EVEN 95)
NOTE: All/some animations will either missing/not supported if you play on PowerPoint 97
For Windows XP:
It will have an executable file (EXE) that built in PowerPoint XP and later.
