Barita Investment has declared a new APO. If you plan to invest in this APO there a few things that you need to know. By doing an APO Barita plans to raise more money from the Jamaica stock exchange to facilitate their expansion for the short to medium term. A couple of questions I normally ask when looking at a prospectus are:
1. How much money are they looking?
2. What do they plan to do with this money?
These are a few of the questions I am asking Barita before I decide to invest more money in their offer. I will go over all this and give my opinion on what barita is hoping to achieve with this APO.
