Clothing Continental soldiers during the Revolutionary War was extremely difficult and at times, nearly impossible. Learn what was issued to the soldiers, what soldiers didn’t have that they desired, and the names of some of the popular garments they wore. We also dive into the clothing ideas that were developing throughout the war because the army was continually running low on supplies.
