The Barbarian gets the Wrath of the waste (Whirlwind) set for it's Haedrig's gift in Season 31 Diablo 3. It's a very strong speed set and a very fast start to the season. The theme - Forbidden Archives (Open Cube) allows for a few possibilities for speeds and adds some damage. I think there will be some interesting T16 builds early on
