This time around, we got the patent leather iterations of the iconic silhouette in 6 color ways (black, red, blue, purple, green, and pink). The glistening pairs opt for identical branding and color blocking, in 3 different shades of the same base all coming together to form one cohesive shoe. As usual, BAPE's signature star logo dresses the side, a white ape face logo embossed on the right side of the shoes collar. The highlight of this Bape STA is the return of the patent leather upper, an early BAPE signature, the sleek veneer of the shoe taking us back to the brand's heyday when the likes of Pharrell and Nigo were carrying the BAPE brand.
