The annual Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin has traditionally held a "no moshing" policy at their event, even though they book rock and metal bands. This year, however, they've decided to try out "designated moshing zones", but still banning certain styles of moshing. Buckle up and be ready for some laughs, cause this one is hilariously wild.
