This commercial aired many times in late 2004/early 2005 before being yanked after many complaints that it objectified women. Watching it 20 years later, its impossible to imagine something like this being produced at all, even then.
Retrontario’s primary mission is the preservation, research and exhibition of rare videotape recordings (1970s to 1990s) recorded off of any and all Ontario (and surrounding area) TV channels; footage which would likely be lost if not sought out and preserved digitally. We also hope to create an ongoing oral history of this content through comments left below the videos. These great spots announced the arrival of Kokanee in Ontario, and featured not only the infamous Patterson Sasquatch film, but also featured Rene Dahinden, one of the “Four Horsemen of Sasquatchery” (the others were Peter Byrne, John Green, and Grover Krantz)
