This uses the new type of ground clip to get behind the bank. This video is a proof of concept but I think there are much more tidy ways of doing it where the jumpslash isn't needed
From inside the bank, you can make it to the hidden owl with 4 explosives. (3b + 1c)
This works by building up fall speed using ISG and an edge, then falling off by shielding and getting hit. Here's a setup for doing it RTA (it's bad, but hopefully more will be found soon):
