I dont suggest running this (in particular, the faster your computer is, the faster text will skip, making the whole thing pay-to-win), but if you must, you cant use the newest version from April; right-clicking Skip was removed. To download it from Steam, open the console with steam://nav/console and then do download_depot 698780 698781 6569170850008988212. Then youll have Steams 1.1.0 in steamapps/content/app_698780 (this method may no longer work, but the Drive link should still work)")
