Well, I got the 2:07. A little bummed about Furnace Fun completely screwing me over, but I can't really ask for a better run otherwise.
The timer starts when you press A on a new file, and ends when you activate the jinjonator (lose control of Banjo).
This run implements a reset after raising the water level in the crypt. It is about 7 seconds faster to reset and teleport back to the Freezeezy Peak lobby area instead of backtracking as a pumpkin.
100% entails collecting all items on the game totals screen. Therefore, Mumbo Tokens, Stop 'n' Swop items, Cheato upgrades, and double health are not necessary for the 100% category.
Although 100% does imply collecting everything, it is ambiguous unless the game gives you some sort of completion guideline. In this case, that would be the game totals screen, which the aforementioned items/upgrades are not on.
Before claiming that my run doesn't actually fulfill the 100% requirement, please understand the concepts I have explained. Also, realize that this decision was voted for amongst many community members.
