These are the animations that play at the game select screen on the Nintendo 64 version of Banjo Kazooie. The first part of the video shows off the regular, most common animations, while the second part shows off the funny, over-the-top animations that randomly occur in place of the original ones.

The first part begins around 0:15.
The second part begins around 1:00.

I am almost certain that the second set of animations cannot be pulled off using any specific methods, since I have been able to pull these off at several different moments each time (some sources claim that you have to follow what the goldfish does, or how many times the Game Boy beeps).
