On the Eastside of Phuket you can find Bang Mud Floating Restaurant and it's a great experience both in scenery and tasty seafood. Highly recommended! A small caveat, it's a muslim restaurant, so no alcohol will be served. Just mentioning it, in case it's a dealbreaker.
