- Our morning drive to Moraine Lake at 5am
- Getting the bus shuttle form the park and ride
- The rockpile and lakeshore trail around Moraine Lake
- Renting a canoe for an hour on the lake at 8am
- Driving to Peyto Lake and doing the main viewpoint + lunch
Driving back to Banff to get a McDonalds and heading out for some drinks that night.
So if you read about you know briefly what we got up to on our second day in Banff. It was amazing.Both of these lakes are stunning. I highly recommend doing it in the order we did it as well. Moraine Lake was busy even at 6am when we arrived. By the time we were leaving it was crazy. Then peyto lake was busy when we got there but no were near as busy as Morain so we sat and had our lunch. Then went out for some drinks in wild bills saloon in the town which is a great spot. So I hope you enjoy it!
