In today’s video, I’ll introduce the devices I’ve added to my bandsaw.
They’re designed to make woodworking safer and more comfortable,
and instead of drilling or modifying the original machine,
I built a separate wooden frame and gradually added each attachment to it.
Everything was assembled and mounted using plywood and bolts,
so whenever I need to change the blade or service the machine,
all parts can be removed easily.
Although I added several new attachments,
one key feature is that this setup doesn’t extend far beyond
the original footprint of the bandsaw.
It’s a compact tuning approach focused on improving usability.
If you’re interested in enhancing your bandsaw in a space-efficient way,
you might find some useful ideas in this video.
Thank You.

“KYNOSYS Classic” is a series that revisits the early projects created by KYNOSYS.
There are many things to cut metal while making works.
Its hard to cut it with a ruler every time,
so I wanted to make a metal cutting station
like a woodworking Miter saw station.
00:00 Highlight
00:17 Start – Preparing the Frame with Steel Pipes
01:25 Building the Workbench Frame with Profiles
02:07 Assembling the Workbench Table
03:25 Making the Workbench Drawers
05:12 Using Unique Drawer Handles
06:30 The Structure Is Taking Shape
07:31 Covering the Workbench Top with Steel Plate
08:42 Making Additional Shelves
09:26 Building a Lighting Box for the Circular Saw Area
10:55 Installing LED Strip Lighting on the Frame
11:22 Installing a Material Guide for the Metal Cutting Saw
12:07 Mounting the Metal Cutting Saw & Attaching a Steel Ruler to the Guide
13:12 Can We Prevent Flying Metal Debris?
13:40 Finished
While I was making it, I also made a shelf on the top of the wall
where I could put long boards,
Its become a blockbuster to fill one side of the wall.
The board stopper was also made pretty using magnetic base,
and I think it will be very helpful to organize the metal workroom
by making 30 drawers at the bottom.
This video is a bit long because it was made over three weeks,
but I think you can enjoy it because you can see so many skills.
Now, metal materials are as comfortable as wood and can be cut as long as you want.
Its my own metal cutting saw station that will be used in many works.
Please enjoy watching it and subscribe and like it. Thank you.
