I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are Family Recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.

Banana Pudding Icebox Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 box of Graham Crackers
4 or 5 bananas
2 large boxes or Banana Cream or Vanilla Pudding
2 - 8 oz or 1- 16 oz Frozen Whipped topping (thaw out)
3 cups milk
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the banana cream pudding mix and the milk, whisk until combined, and then continue to mix until it starts to thicken, about 1 minute. Fold in 1 container (8 ounces) of whipped topping. Set aside.
Put Graham crackers across at the bottom of pan then spread 1/3 of pudding mix on top and slice bananas across the top. Repeat 2 more times.
Layer the last of the graham crackers on top. You will have a couple of small pieces left over. Keep them for garnish, if desired.
Spread out the remaining container of whipped topping so none of the graham crackers are exposed. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours overnight.
Top with some of the crushed leftover graham crackers and fresh banana slices if desired, slice and serve.
Notes:
Keep refrigerated.
This needs to chill for at least 6 hours.
