The Bambu Lab H2 series isn’t just about high-speed 3D printing anymore — with the addition of the cutter and pen plotter module, these machines step into new creative territory. Whether you picked up the H2S or H2D, this add-on turns your printer into something closer to a Cricut competitor, but integrated directly into the same Bambu ecosystem that’s driving multi-material workflows, AMS 2 Pro expansion, MakerWorld content, and cloud-based manufacturing.
In this video I unbox, install, and put the Bambu cutting and plotting tools through their paces. We’ll look at how the module mounts directly to the H2 toolhead, swapping between the pre-installed cutting blade and the included pen holder, and how the system recognises its new mode automatically.
