Melodic, rhythmic, and up-tempo, Judith Durham serves up a rousing rendition with her compelling, pitch-perfect vocalizing. Penned by Tom Springfield (based on a Napoli lullaby) in 1961, The Springfields' single hit No. 16 in the UK that year.

A jazz singer and musician, Judith is known world-wide as lead vocalist with Australia's The Seekers. This Christmas song was her contribution to the annual compilation album 'The Spirit of Christmas' (1995). Proceeds from this series of annual Christmas albums are donated to the Salvation Army for its Red Shield Appeal for at risk children throughout Australia.
