Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland are requesting additional funds for a so-called "Eastern Shield"- looking to build more bunkers, barriers and military installations along their borders with Belarus and Russia. But is the Baltic Defence Line necessary security, or an expensive provocation that could escalate tensions with Moscow?
