Two United States post offices were broken into overnight in south Sacramento County and thieves stole laptops and mail the sheriff’s office said Thursday. The stolen mail included election ballots at one of the locations. The sheriff’s office said one of the locations that was burglarized was the post office on C Street in Isleton and the other was on Highway 160 in Ryde.
