This balloon dip technique was completed on a 16”X20” gesso board. All the acrylic paints were thinned with my DIY pouring medium before adding 1-2 drops of 100% treadmill silicone. Link to the video for my DIY pouring medium recipe can be found below. The balloons came from a party pack purchased at the Dollar Store. Several different sizes of balloons were used to create different size circles of paint.
