These are Balentes, our Heroes, that fight everyday to bring justice to their land, Sardinia. They all fight different battles, but they all fight one war with 'valour' ('balentia') and courage.
Balentes’ is a Sardinian word indicating ‘a man of valor’, who strives for social justice, defending the weak against the oppressors.

Questi sono i Balentes, i nostri eroi, che combattono ogni giorno per portare giustizia nella nostra terra, la Sardegna. Tutti loro combattono battaglie diverse, ma combattono tutti una sola guerra, con valore ('balentia') e coraggio senza mai arrendersi.
'Balentes’ e’ un termine sardo che significa Soldati di Valore, coloro che si battono per la giustizia sociale, per difendere il debole dal prepotente.
