The City of Baldur's Gate is full of secrets - and Gale is about to uncover one that could change his destiny. The party enters Sorcerous Sundries and discovers the Annals of Karsus, a book containing knowledge that could be incredibly important to Gale. From there, we travel to Ramazith's Tower and finally meet Lorroakan, who has his own plans for the mysterious Nightsong.
But for once, the party takes a moment to breathe. Gale and Shadowheart finally take the next step in their relationship, while Astarion returns to the active party. Unfortunately, there isn't much time for romance - Counsellor Florrick's execution is approaching, forcing us to rush back to Wyrm's Rock and break her out. And just when we think we're finally back in the city, the past comes hunting. Vampire spawn ambush the party with one target in mind: Astarion. Cazador knows we're back.
