This video shows how Sapphire Balconies installed balconies without a crane by using an innovative roof hoist crane. a counterbalanced hoist assembled on the roof of a high rise building built by Berkeley using a modular unitised façade. The roof hoist was used several months after the crane had been dismantled to save crane hire costs by enabling all these balconies to be installed after the crane strike before dissembling the hoist and taking down in the internal goods lifts.
