These cookies are made by pressing the mixture into a baking tray and then slicing them into individual pieces. No need to roll dough or make individual cookies - just press and bake. We used a selection of flavours, but you can increase one flavour to make a large tray of a single type of cookie. Mix and match as you like. These cookies won't last long - they are that darn good!
