Electrical experiment to show the conductive capacity of water with the addition of baking soda (H2O + NaHCO3)

Today my tap water seems very conductive. The unit of measurement for the conductivity of our tap water is micro-Siemens per centimeter (µScm-1) measured at a temperature of 20°C
