I am so excited to share how I spent a day with Kathrin from @backenmachtgluecklich, baking a traditional Easter braid but made with sourdough. While the loaf is rising, I am taking you on a trip to the historic Kloster Andechs for a traditional Bavarian lunch and, of course, some of their famous monastery beer!
