INGREDIENTS
2 large carrots—cut into fry shape or use 1 cup of baby carrots
2 Tbsp panko bread crumbs
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, basil, garlic powder to taste
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
pepper, chili pepper, other spices such as thyme or dill
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place parchment paper or aluminum foil on a sheet pan.
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
4. Add in carrots, mix until coated.
5. Place in pan and cook for 14-18 minutes then switch to broil for 2-4 minutes depending on your preference of texture.
6. Enjoy as a snack or with your favorite main dish.
