I'm starting my 50's with a bang and one of my best birthday desserts I've made yet! This Baked Alaska has a chocolate cake base that’s topped with a mound of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Then, that’s layered with a fluffy honey meringue topping and torched until golden. I can’t wait for my fellow bakers to try this one!
