After five days held in custody for questioning in his wife Lynette Hooker's disappearance, officials in the Bahamas have released Brian Hooker with no charges filed. Lynette went missing on April 5th after Brian said they were sailing in rough waters when she fell off the dinghy and got swept into a current. He told police he could not find her. They served a search warrant on his boat and questioned him extensively, even extended their hold on him, but in the end released him, and Brian shared his own side and words with CBS News. But this hasn't stopped new information from coming forward including skepticism and criticism from Lynette's daughter who described a volatile relationship, and a friend revealing the concerning texts Lynette sent about Brian two years ago.
