This bagged 1967 Chevrolet C10 proves a classic truck doesn’t need perfect paint to turn heads!
In this episode of Aussie Garage, Phil catches up with Cory at Cleveland Spares in Melbourne for a closer look at his rugged, home-built Chevy C10. Powered by a 350 small-block Chevrolet V8 with a Turbo 400 transmission and 12-bolt differential, this old truck was built to be driven and enjoyed—not hidden away in a shed.
The C10 features airbag suspension, a C-notched and mini-tubbed chassis, American Racing wheels and a blue patina-style finish painted using pressure pack cans. Cory also added his own old-school signwriting and several clever custom touches, including rocker-cover door pockets and handmade bead-rolled panels.
Despite sitting on the ground at a car show, the suspension offers enough travel to lift the truck for rough roads, dirt bikes, kayaks and family adventures.
