i’ve been sitting on this map part for a while uh
i did this all in one sitting last night bc i got a sudden burst of Inspiration and wanted to strike while the iron was hot
i do like the first shot and the smoothness of the claw swipe, but tweening the council’s eyes gave me more trouble than it was worth

story-wise there isn’t much to this part, it was mostly just me testing out a potential future plotline for DC
characters are shesta, tempo, ringmaster, and announcer
