I had a earlier video that used low-power yellow umbrellas to drive a walking vehicle:

In this video, I use a more powerful arrangement of a drive wheel, spring, and umbrella. The wheel compresses the spring and presses against the umbrella at a low frequency that is translated easily into a walking motion. The power is actually strong enough to propel the vehicle completely in the air for a short period in the stride, which makes it "galloping" instead of "walking."
