I use a small hovercraft to make an air hockey puck, which I shoot back and forth with black umbrellas. The flat area at the start is too small for the playing field, so I need to move everything downstream to get enough room to play. The ends of the playing field are stabilized by the rope, which is held under tension by the opposing propellers. The sand bags keep the ends from tipping over from the rope tension.
